Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get a residence card?

Depending on the voivodeship, 3 to 12 months. A correctly prepared file shortens the process and avoids additional requests.

Can I work legally while my case is pending?

Yes, if the application was filed without formal defects and you already had the right to work for that employer on the filing date. Since 27 April 2026 there is no passport stamp: the proof is the zaświadczenie o złożeniu wniosku from the MOS system. We will check your case at the consultation.

How much do your services cost?

It depends on the type and complexity of the case. We quote the fee after the initial consultation and fix it in the contract — no hidden charges.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most matters are handled online and we work with clients all over Poland. When needed, we accompany you to the office in person.

What if my application was refused?

Contact us immediately: you have 14 days to appeal. We will analyse the decision and prepare the appeal.
